Database

In this section we want to report a database of dogs affected by serious health issues to evaluate a genetic incidence over the last 10 years, worldwide. We welcome owners to contact us and share their personal stories along with dog’s medical records and pictures. We are now focusing on La Cocha Bloodline, as it probably represent one the oldest working lines available. Our aim is to extend this survey to all the other major breeders worldwide, tracking down the main bloodlines and breeding animals, in order to create an open source for anyone looking for a responsible breeder and a healthy Dogo Argentino, exclusively based on owner’s reviews.

We are a free, independent and non-profit association, whose goal is to stop irresponsible breeding and contributing to the preservation of the breed.
